Flaming Array is a mage ability upgrade from the Inferno tree in the Trespasser DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Information

• Upgrades Fire Mine

Notes

• Places three fire mines in an arc in the direction the caster is facing
• Has no activation delay before being able to explode for damage, unlike Fire Mine without upgrade or with the Searing Glyph upgrade.

Bugs

• Sometimes, when triggered, the mines will do only 1 damage (even to enemies vulnerable to Fire). This is a side-effect of the common DoT/flanking bug, which causes DoT effects to deal 1 damage if their flanking bonus is more than 0). An unofficial fix for pcis available here.
• Does not consume Barrier from Chaotic Focus but favorably inherits the Chaotic Focus bonus damage previously set by Fire Mine without upgrade or with the Searing Glyph upgrade, leading to a significant damage bonus without loss of barrier.
