Hospice Key is a plot item and key in Dragon Age: Origins.

Acquisition

At the hospice in the Alienage, the key is obtained by either:

• Bribing or killing the backdoor guard behind the hospice
• Killing Healer Saritor who is in front of the hospice
• Killing the supervisor inside (he allows you to exit if you are an elf Warden who agreed to enter the hospice)
