Tomwise is an elven poison maker and an acquaintance of Hawke.
Background
Tomwise met Hawke during Hawke's first year in Kirkwall. He reveals that he used to make poisons for Athenril or Meeran (depending on who Hawke worked for) while Hawke was under indentured servitude.
Involvement
He crafts poisons and grenades for Hawke in Darktown. He will give Hawke the Formula: Debilitating Poison without charge.
