The Vimmark Chasm is a region in the Vimmark Mountains located within the Wasteland.

Background

During the Ancient Age, the Grey Wardens built a giant fortress within the chasm. It was abandoned long ago and has been deserted ever since. The chasm itself is so deep that the base of the fortress reaches the Deep Roads.

Involvement

This section contains spoilers for:
Dragon Age II.

In 9:37 Dragon,[1] the site is occupied by the Carta. Hawke travels there to track down the Carta after their attempts against their life.
